I am facing a really trouble time since taken services of this company. Every now and then there are issues and no one from your company is able to resolve them in the given time frame. The process they follow has always been very time consuming and it was always me who follow up with your team. the number you have given never responds and if in case they respond the receiver talks in other language than English.
Chat Support not able to give me phone or cell number of responsible person of tech team whom i can talk about tech issues because your servers are always in trouble. In last two month, I submitted lots of tickets and so far had no satisfactory reasons from your support team.
The guy who is available on chat is not able to answer the questions. For detail, you can review yesterday's chat, the chat is showing that the chat support person is not able to identify the difference between server maintenance and server errors. First, he told me "maintenance going on" and after few lines, he told me "server errors". After 15-20 days, maintenance is going on, no reply on tickets.
In plan, you guys claim 99% up time but the servers is always trouble.
Here are the problems I faced in last two month:
1. CP IP Changed without intimation
2. Allotted ip removed from panel
3. CP not working from last 2 weeks
4. Support is not able to answer question on chat.
5. Unscheduled server maintenance
Fraud - Fraud- Fraud- Fraud company. Never plan to purchase hosting if they offer cheapest.
